Bruce Bartlett is a Boston-based guitarist, composer, educator, and performer with over 30 years of teaching at Berklee College of Music. Renowned for his expertise in jazz, groove, and contemporary guitar, Bruce has spent his career equally split between the stage, the studio, and the classroom.
As leader of the Bruce Bartlett Trio, he has built a reputation for tight, melodic playing and a deep pocket that comes from decades of session and live work. His career includes international festival appearances, collaborations with acclaimed artists, and a devoted following of students who have gone on to careers of their own.
Whether he's tracking a session in the studio, leading his trio on a festival stage, or sitting across from a student working through a new voicing, Bruce brings the same focus: serve the music, serve the groove.
